Purpose: This is a high-profile client-facing position where the project manager ensures client satisfaction, while controlling project scope, cost and schedule. The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple medium to enterprise level projects while maintaining ACF’s high-quality standards.
Work is remote from home using ACF supplied hardware. Must have excellent internet access at home and a distraction free space to work.
Essential Duties:
  • Initiating
    • Set up and maintain project in NetSuite
    • Set up and maintain project folder
    • Clarify the project scope Business Development Executive and project team
    • Formally kickoff the project with the customer
  • Planning
    • Assist Systems Analyst with identifying and documenting client business case, scope definitions, risks
    • Identify stakeholders and develop a stakeholder communication plan
    • Collaborate with project team to create project plan including the project schedule, deliverables, and critical milestones
    • Acquire customer sign-off for approval of requirements documents
    • Provide the project schedule
  • Executing
    • Coordinate project team - conducting project activities and tasks
    • Manage quality - assure quality is measured and meets specified requirements
    • Maintain project alignment with stakeholder expectations
  • Monitoring and Controlling
    • Monitor and track project progress against the project plan
    • Maintain Stakeholder communications and control engagement
    • Monitor and control schedule
    • Control scope, costs, quality, and risks
    • Ensure all invoice events are submitted to Finance in a timely manner
  • Closing
    • Perform and document Lessons Learned
    • Close Project/Phases
Responsibilities:
  • Work with project sponsor/point of contact and stakeholders to complete project according to the statement of work
  • Increase organizational business value through implementing project management best practices leveraging an agile approach
  • Assist to enhance organizational efficiencies and product/project quality through continuous process improvement
  • Effectively manage project scope change by ensuring they are well-defined, documented and approved
  • Track and report on project milestones – provide status reports to leadership, project sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Resolve issues and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle
  • Effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure all project documents complete, accurate and properly archived

Job Requirements amp; Skills:
  • 4-year degree or higher in computer science or business or a related field
  • 5 or more years of work experience in project and/or product management
  • PMP Certification preferred but not required with adequate experience
  • Demonstrated leadership of diverse project teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and organize competing tasks/activities
  • Experience working within team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Excellent communication – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.

Salary : $60,000 - $68,000
