Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Counter Sales role located in Farmingdale, NY. The Counter Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product information, placing orders, and resolving inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include processing sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge to offer recommendations, ensuring the sales floor is organized, and occasionally assisting with training initiatives. The role involves fostering positive customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction while supporting the company’s sales goals.
