Must Haves
- Strong skills in navigating and managing via command line, Powershell.
- Experienced in Linux system administration and configuration.
- Experience with writing and editing JSON files.
- Effective at diagnosing and solving technical problems quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences
- Experience in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering assembly.
- Experience working with software teams.
- Experience troubleshooting combined software and hardware systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with virtual reality systems, cameras and optical systems, lighting systems, and audio systems.
- Experience in designing simple mechanical parts in CAD.
- Experience in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Bash).
- Experience soldering through hole and surface mount parts.
- Experience with performance critical software systems.
- Providing the Capture systems troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for the Capture
- Systems during the capture process.
- Maintain and address component bugs and issues.
- Analyze frequent failures and make suggestions for how to solve these issues.
- Create lasting solutions for frequent or recurring issues.
- Assembly support for system upgrades.
- Escalate any non-standard issues to the appropriate Client's Technologies team using an internal issue reporting tool.
- Helping to maintain system documentation.
- Setup and strike equipment for pilots.
- Collect data to verify component performance.
- Communicating with Capture Techs.
