nWe are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Data Center Technician to manage and support daily operations of the data center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining server hardware, network devices, and ensuring connectivity within the infrastructure environment

Key Responsibilitie

s:• Perform hands-on support for physical servers, network devices, storage systems, and related hardwar

e.• Install, rack, cable, and decommission data center equipment as neede

d.• Monitor and maintain physical infrastructure including power, cooling, and connectivit

y.• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues in coordination with Network and Server team

s.• Handle incident response and escalation protocols for onsite infrastructure problem

s.• Maintain inventory of equipment and ensure proper asset tagging and documentatio

n.• Assist in patching network and fiber connections in accordance with layout standard

s.• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for deployments, moves, adds, and change

s.• Work with vendors and internal teams during hardware replacement, repairs, or upgrade

s.• Ensure data center security, cleanliness, and environmental complianc

Requiremen

ts:• 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, preferably in a data center environme

nt.• Solid understanding of server hardware, network cabling, routers, switches, and storage devic

es.• Experience with tools like DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management), ticketing systems, and basic monitoring platfor

ms.• Familiarity with cabling standards (Cat6, fiber), power configurations, and rack layou

ts.• Ability to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in physically demanding environmen
