What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner/ Wound Care Nurse Practitioner position at Aceso Visiting Physicians and Geriatric Care?
This is a physician owned and governed, multi-specialty medical group that is a rapidly growing practice located in Crown Point, Indiana. Our compassionate team has decades of experience in geriatric care and shares a common passion for providing individualized quality care to the geriatric community. As we continue to expand our geriatric services, we have an immediate need for a nurse practitioner with a love for the aging patient. This position allows for some autonomy with real time support from our physicians and other nurse practitioners. Thanks to this strong team approach, we provide the highest quality of care for our patients.
We provide clinical care in a variety of settings including hospital, post-acute care, long-term care, assisted living, and patient's own home.
