TS/SCI Clearance Required

ACES has an open position for Sr Data Analyst supporting workforce analytics and program execution for the DoW CIO WID. OPPORTUNITY

  • Contract Length: 5 years - have been supporting client for over 15 years.
  • Work Location: Onsite at Mark Center (Arlington, VA)
  • Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
  • Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical field with 10 years in relevant field experience
  • Start Date: May/June 2026


Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce data analysis and reporting efforts
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations
  • Support implementation of workforce initiatives
  • Provide insights to leadership based on data analysis
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to support execution


Skills And Experience

  • Experience with workforce analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting DoW programs preferred
