Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while performing appliance repairs and installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with a variety of appliances.
- Repair and assemble appliances, ensuring they are in proper working order.
- Utilize technical knowledge to service and repair a wide range of appliances.
- Drive to customer locations to deliver, install, or repair appliances.
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to accurately diagnose and fix appliance issues.
- Driving personal vehicle required in the beginning.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role is not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to repair a variety of appliances.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for delivery purposes.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and perform repairs in various settings.
