Acero Precision, a leading manufacturer of next generation precision parts, is seeking a detail-oriented, innovative leader to join their team as a CNC Programmer in PA.

Relocation to West Chester, PA is required. A full relocation package is available- ask us for details!

Experience with Swiss Lathes or Mazak within the medical device or aerospace industries is a HUGE plus!

• From Print to Part: In this hands-on, leadership role, you will own the process from blueprint to finalized part! You’ll interpret drawings to specify the process and tooling, then set up machines for production, and lead a team of skilled machinists to create high-quality parts!

• Ideal Day Shift: You will work the first shift, Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, schedule. Additionally, you’ll earn overtime as you work every other weekend. Looking for something different? We also offer 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities with premium pay — 15% for 2nd shift and 30% for 3rd shift!
