Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in commercial or industrial construction projects to support project execution, client coordination, subcontractor management, and on-site construction activities in Arizona.
This role will work closely with the Project Management Team, Chief Project Manager, and senior management to ensure project progress, quality, cost control, and successful delivery.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, factory, data center, warehouse, office building, or high-tech manufacturing facility projects. Experience with low-voltage, electrical, MEP, or related construction work is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities, including schedule, cost, quality, and site progress.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, layouts, and related technical documents to support project execution.
- Monitor on-site construction activities and identify potential issues, delays, or risks in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve project issues and maintain progress.
- Support scope clarification, cost review, pricing coordination, change orders, and related commercial discussions with clients and subcontractors.
- Track project schedules, manpower, material delivery, and subcontractor performance.
- Manage and organize project documentation, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout documents.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, safety, progress, and cost performance.
- Support procurement, material ordering, delivery tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting records, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and project stakeholders.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned based on business and site needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, factory, data center, warehouse, office building, or high-tech manufacturing facility construction projects.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and on-site construction teams.
- Experience with low-voltage, electrical, MEP, or related construction work is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with project scheduling, cost control, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and respond to fast-changing site conditions.
- Mature, proactive, responsible, and able to communicate professionally with clients and subcontractors.
- Basic understanding of construction contracts, project scope, and commercial processes preferred.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin communication skills are preferred but not required.
