Your Opportunity: Maintenance Technician II
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support the ongoing care and efficiency of our apartment communities. This role combines hands-on technical work with resident interaction—ideal for a dependable team player with strong troubleshooting skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform intermediate-level maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and record all work performed.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Partner with team members and the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years of maintenance experience in property management or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver’s license.
- HVAC and/or EPA Certification preferred but not required.
