Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based mental health treatment while supporting program operations, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives. Program Info The Youth Partial Care program provides intensive treatment for youth experiencing significant emotional or behavioral health concerns. Key Responsibilities: Lead dynamic teams in providing comprehensive, intensive treatment to children and adolescents. Interventions include individual, group and family therapy, psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring. Collaborate with Acenda team members to implement evidence-based mental health services Serve as a leader in the organization and provide important input and guidance on programmatic development and healthy operations (budgets, hiring, reporting, CQI, etc.) Requirements: Master's degree in a relevant discipline with license preferred. Strong clinical skills and a minimum of three years' experience in the provision of mental health services to youth, with at least one year of supervisory experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to motivate and engage your team as well as be an effective leader across the agency Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care Additional Information: Base Pay: $80,000-85,000/annual Bilingual Rate: An additional $3,120/annual rate added to the base pay if Spanish proficient. Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:00 PM Mon-Thurs; flexible on Friday.
