Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic Marketing Manager who is both strategic and hands-on—a builder who can create structure, drive execution, and scale our marketing efforts.
This role owns brand awareness, engagement, and content strategy across social, email, web, and industry channels. You will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and multimedia to develop compelling campaigns that support product launches, distributor relationships, and company growth. This role will be a key contributor in the building of brand and product guidelines that shape future marketing direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage a multi-channel content calendar (social, email, web)
- Develop and execute content aligned with brand voice and growth goals
- Create and oversee long-form content (blogs, campaigns, product storytelling)
- Identify trends and translate them into actionable content strategies
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage and optimize campaigns across:
- Social media platforms
- Email marketing (HubSpot)
- Website and landing pages
- Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and platform analytics to track performance
- Continuously improve SEO, engagement, and conversion rates
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, SEO, and user experience best practices to keep campaigns innovative
Product Launches & Campaigns
- Lead marketing strategy for new product launches
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging
- Ensure consistent storytelling across all channels
Events & Industry Engagement
- Plan and execute marketing support for:
- Trade shows
- Distributor events
- On-site activations
- Coordinate pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns to maximize ROI
- Build relationships with industry organizations and key distributor partners to enhancing the brand exposure and opportunities for Acehigh
Creative & Website Collaboration
- Partner with multimedia team to develop:
- Visual assets
- Video content
- Campaign creative
- Optimize website for:
- User experience
- Conversion
- SEO performance
Sales Enablement
- Provide ad-hoc marketing materials to support sales initiatives
- Develop tools and collateral to improve distributor engagement
Qualifications:
Required
- 4–7 years in marketing (B2B preferred; promotional products industry a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Branding
- Skills in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
- Strong experience with:
- HubSpot, NetSuite (or similar CRM/email platform)
- Google Analytics
- Social media management tools
- SEO and website optimization
- Proven ability to:
- Build and manage content calendars
- Analyze data and optimize campaigns
- Execute across multiple channels simultaneously
- Experience supporting events and trade shows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in promotional products, wholesale, or supplier/distributor models
- Background working in a high-growth small business environment
