Job Description:
- Due to our continued growth, ACE Recycling & Disposal is seeking Rear Load Drivers to join our team serving the Salt Lake County area.
- Rear Load Drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently collecting waste and recycling on assigned routes while providing exceptional customer service.
- Safely operate a rear-load garbage truck and complete assigned collection routes in a timely manner.
- Collect and transport waste and recyclable materials in accordance with company policies and all applicable regulations.
- Follow daily route schedules while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, service, and efficiency.
- Communicate and work closely with Dispatch and Supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Interact with customers and the public in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Start Time: 6:00 a.m.
- Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
