LPN Responsibilities
• Perform focused nursing assessments under RN supervision
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing tasks, such as trach care and suctioning
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on basic care and safety
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team
• Maintain compliance with NJ regulations and agency policies
• Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid government-issued photo ID and employment eligibility documentation
• Criminal background check clearance
