What You’ll Do
As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Deliver preventative care, screenings, and patient education
- Support mobile and community-based outreach initiatives
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a high-functioning care team to ensure continuity and quality of care
Who You Are
We are looking for a strong clinical partner who is:
- A licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California
- Specialized or experienced in Family Medicine
- Confident, organized, and efficient in both clinical and outreach settings
- Passionate about serving diverse and underserved populations
- A team-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Adaptable and energized by innovative care delivery models

Compensation
- $135–$138 per hour
- OR
- Per-patient compensation model (based on experience and provider preference)Interview Process
- Interviews will be held Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 1:00–2:00 PM
- All first-round interviews will be virtual panel interviews
