Responsibilities
- Operate and set up hand coiling machines
- Cut and coil wire into springs following production specifications
- Manage workstation organization and prep equipment for efficient workflow
- Maintain consistent quality and accuracy in spring production
- Work on multiple jobs, including during inspection phases, to maximize productivity
- Collaborate as an individual contributor within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years experience in manufacturing or factory roles
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic mechanical skills and machine operation knowledge
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
