Job Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Climber-Tree Service to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform advanced tree climbing, rigging, and removal tasks using industry-standard techniques and equipment. Your expertise will help ensure safe, efficient tree care operations while adhering to all safety protocols and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex tree climbing, pruning, and removal using arborist rigging techniques and climbing gear
• Operate bucket trucks safely for elevated work and access hard-to-reach areas
• Perform rigging for large or hazardous tree sections to ensure safe dismantling and removal
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and health assessments based on horticultural best practices
• Use chainsaws and other tools efficiently while following strict safety procedures
• Apply GIS (Geographic Information System) data for mapping and planning tree maintenance projects
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including safety reports and job logs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional climber in the tree service industry with a strong understanding of arborist rigging techniques
• Proficiency in operating bucket trucks, chainsaws, and other tree care equipment
• Knowledge of tree removal, pruning, trimming, and general landscape maintenance
• Familiarity with GIS technology and its application in forestry or landscaping projects
• Ability to follow strict safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities
• Strong outdoor work experience with a focus on horticulture, dendrology (study of trees), and landscape care
• Growing experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields is a plus
• Valid certifications in arboriculture or related disciplines are preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
