Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on roofing leads.
- Perform roof inspections and document findings.
- Meet with homeowners and explain roofing solutions.
- Prepare and present estimates.
- Assist homeowners with insurance claims when applicable.
- Build strong customer relationships from the initial inspection through contract signing.
- Keep accurate notes in our CRM and communicate with the production team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of roofing sales experience required.
- Experience selling residential roof replacements.
- Experience with insurance restoration is a plus.
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs.
