Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing IT hardware and software systems. Daily tasks may include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the functionality of computer networks, and providing on-site or remote technical assistance to clients. You will work closely with team members and clients to deliver reliable and efficient IT solutions while maintaining documentation for all service activities.
This is very short term role for 10 days
>> Date: Inventory Piece – June 8,9,10 (normal business hours)
>> Date: June 15-20th Possibly the 21st as well (10 hour days) may
>> start at 11am some days and 9 am other days
>> There are 3 days of inventory and then 7 days of deployment

>> Deploy and mount desk phones (wall and under-desk mounts) Set up and

>> protectors; transport equipment using floor carts Break down and
>> dispose of boxes Scan and log inventory upon unboxing (2 techs per
>> site for receiving) Take before and after photos at each workstation
>> Follow all bank site protocols and security procedures
