Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for an Electric Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) Engineer, located in Fargo, ND. The PV&V Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and validating the performance of electric products, coordinating with product specialists, conducting analytical tests, creating detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. The role includes collaborating with teams to anticipate and resolve potential issues and supporting product development to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical issues effectively
- Excellent Communication Skills for conveying complex information clearly and effectively
- Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service to address client needs and concerns
- Knowledge of Sales processes and the ability to communicate technical details effectively to a non-technical audience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience in product validation and testing, preferably in the electrical or related industry
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with flexibility for onsite and remote work
