Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid role for a Coupa Admin based in Livingston, NJ, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Coupa Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Coupa platform, performing system administration duties, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with customer support, and ensuring compliance with corporate finance policies. The role also includes generating analytical insights to optimize workflows and enhance system functionalities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and system optimization
- Proven experience in Administrative Assistance to manage system configurations, user permissions, and documentation
- Understanding of financial processes and budgets to support Coupa-related operations
- Experience with Coupa or similar platforms is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is a plus
- Ability to manage hybrid work arrangements and prioritize tasks effectively
