We’re Hiring: Part-Time Accounts Receivable Assistant
Ace Surface Maintenance is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team for approximately 15 hours per week.
This is an in-office position focused primarily on invoicing and collections. Responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and sending customer invoices
• Following up professionally on outstanding balances
• Keeping accurate notes and account records
• Communicating with customers regarding invoice or payment questions
• Assisting with other basic accounting and administrative tasks as needed
The ideal person is organized, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to follow through without letting things fall through the cracks. Accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and QuickBooks experience are preferred.

⏰ Approximately 15 hours per week
💵 Pay: $18-$20 DOE
