Traffic Control/Flagger York & Kittery

HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

Ace Security Maine is hiring traffic control/flaggers for York and Kittery and the Southern Maine Area for the 2026 road construction season. This will be mostly working with line crews. We are hiring immediately. Flaggers are responsible for directing traffic safely around construction crews working in the roadways. No experience is necessary as we have training in our Lisbon, Maine office. After that, you will leave directly from your house each day. You must be 18 years old and have your own reliable transportation to get to and from the jobsites. Weekly hours may vary and overtime is occasionally available. Key Responsibilities:

Control the flow of traffic safely through construction zones using a sign and communication devices.

Monitor traffic conditions and adjust methods as needed.

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and motorists.

Follow all safety and DOT protocols and company procedures.

Remain alert and attentive at all times while on duty.

Qualifications:

May be required to stand or walk for long periods of time ( 10 to 12 or more hours)

Previous flagging experience is helpful but not a requirement as we will train and certify you.

Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.

Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $23.06 per hour
