Position Overview
The Scholarship Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the administration of ACE K-12 scholarship programs nationally (private, and state and national tax credits), including but not limited to serving as a customer support contact for: partner private schools, families, and other educational vendors. This includes support for applications and renewals, vendor marketplace support and setup, communications and other data management. As a supporting contact for partner schools and families this position requires a high level of customer service with professional communication both written and verbal.
Primary Job duties and responsibilities
1. Administer the K-12 Scholarship Program
- Serve as supporting contact for ACE partner schools and families
- Provide excellent customer service to schools and families returning communication in a timely manner and assisting families and schools throughout the scholarship process
- Ensure the accurate administration of the K-12 Scholarship Program, in accordance with policies and procedure
- Manage the application and scholarship process
- Evaluation of income verification documents including by not limited to 1040’s, 1099s, SNAP Approval letters, or other forms of documentation.
- Support research and collection of school-level data from partner schools in designated states for the ACE third-party evaluation project
- Conduct exit surveys and other data collection for internal purposes
- Articulate ACE mission to community members
- Participate in engagement activities that will create value to schools and families
2. Generalized Organizational Support
- Assist with marketplace transactions and approvals
- Ad hoc projects as directed by manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Unwavering belief in the school choice, educational freedom, and the ACE Scholarships mission.
- Strong customer-centric philosophy; ability to maintain professionalism, patience and empathy when resolving issues with stakeholders
- Experience in program project implementation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite, high comfort level with database and CRM systems (ServiceNow)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities
- Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to identify problems and develop and implement solutions
- Ability to communicate and adjust workflow to accommodate schools and families during seasons of high volume
- Experience managing data and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bilingual in Spanish is desired but not required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, non-profit administration, hospitality, or other related fields

Location and Reporting
- Position will be based in ACE Scholarships’ Denver Office (Greenwood Village, CO/Denver Tech Center)
- In-office with remote work at manager’s discretion
- Reports to Director level manager

Compensation
Annual salary of $55,000 – $65,000 and eligible for annual performance bonuses, plus benefits package, which includes but is not limited to:
