We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll receive and store incoming materials, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate external fabrications, and ensure customer orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
- Receive incoming materials by verifying purchase orders, products, and prints when applicable.
- Record receipts and dimensional details in the ERP system.
- Store inventory in designated locations with accurate part and quantity identification.
- Pack, label, and ship orders according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Quote and schedule LTL freight and process shipments through FedEx and UPS.
- Maintain shipping supply inventory.
- Coordinate external fabrications by preparing paperwork, verifying parts, scheduling pickups, and receiving completed work.
- Perform at least 10 daily cycle counts, enter inventory variances in the ERP, and obtain approvals when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of shipping, receiving, or manufacturing/distribution experience.
- Experience with LTL freight, FedEx, and UPS shipping systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to read and verify shipping documents and purchase orders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.
- Ability to become forklift certified.

Physical Requirements
- Safely work in a manufacturing environment.
- Stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the day.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. frequently.
- Safely operate a forklift (or become certified).
