What You’ll Do
Pick, cut, and conquer: Select the right fittings, cut hoses to size, and label them like a pro.
Assemble with finesse: Crimp, test, and perfect each hose assembly to ensure it’s leak-free and ready for action.
Test like a scientist: Record performance data because details matter (and we love proof).
Keep it clean: Work in a clean room or sanitary manufacturing area — white gloves not required, but close.
Be a team player: Jump in to help other departments and cross-train. Bonus points if you bring snacks.
Safety first: Be the champion of safety, ethics, and company culture.
Stay tidy: Maintain a workspace that would make Marie Kondo proud.
Other duties as assigned: Because surprises make life interesting.
What You Bring to the Table

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to handle the physical side of the job:
Standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs. regularly, 50 lbs. occasionally)
Using tools and safely navigating the manufacturing floor
