What you'll do
- Run residential service and repair calls: diagnostics, water heaters, repipes, gas lines, drain and fixture work
- Diagnose fast and accurately — no guessing, no parts-cannon
- Explain the problem and the options straight to the homeowner
- Own your numbers: callbacks, close rate, job quality
- Keep your truck stocked and ready so you're never the reason a customer waits
Who we're looking for
- 3 years residential service plumbing experience
- Competitive — you track your own performance and you don't like losing
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it the same day
- Clean driving record; must pass a background check
- Professional in a customer's home, every time
- SC plumbing license, or the experience to sit for one (we'll support you getting there)
