What you'll do
- Own the board: schedule calls, assign technicians, and keep the day running smoothly from first call to last
- Match the right plumber to the right call — the best dispatchers know which tech is the right fit for which job
- Answer inbound calls and get customers on the schedule quickly
- Keep customers informed on timing and manage the day when it goes sideways — because it will
- Communicate with technicians in the field all day and keep the schedule tight
- Own your numbers: on-time arrivals, response time, schedule accuracy
Who we're looking for
- Competitive — you track your own performance and you hold a high standard
- Fast thinker who stays calm when three things break at once
- Strong phone presence; warm, clear, and in control of the conversation
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it the same day
- Organized under pressure and detail-obsessed
- Dispatch, scheduling, or high-volume call center experience preferred; home service experience is a big plus
- Comfortable with dispatch software (we run HouseCall Pro)
