What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restoration Technician (Full time & Part time available) position at ACE Restoration Services, LLC?
We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. Your expertise will help clients recover from unexpected disasters swiftly and efficiently. The Restoration Technician is responsible for performing hands-on restoration work, adhering to safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Setting up drying equipment & containment
- Demolition of wet materials (drywall/flooring)
- Water Extraction
- Mold remediation, HEPA vacuum, Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning
- Soot removal, smoke odor mitigation, and debris cleanup
- Install Roof Tarps
Must be able to photograph and document work properly. Experience with using DASH helpful.
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be able to travel throughout Central Florida
IICRC certification preferred, but not required
Ability to lift/move 50 lbs or more
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
Restoration Industry Experience REQUIRED
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
