About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead equipment projects from submittal through delivery. This role requires strong communication, schedule control, documentation review, and coordination across purchasing, production, warehouse, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle from shop drawing review to delivery
- Communicate with clients, vendors, engineers, and internal teams
- Review, mark up, and approve shop drawings and technical documents
- Track equipment production, material availability, and ship dates
- Prevent delays through proactive planning and communication
- Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting
- Support site coordination when needed
- Ensure quality and specification compliance for all equipment
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Autodesk Inventor or 3D modeling experience preferred
- 2–5 years project management experience (construction, manufacturing, or equipment preferred)
- Restaurant equipment or fabrication experience is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects
- Experience using Excel, SharePoint, or PM platforms
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaking preferred (beneficial for vendor interaction and technical discussions)
