Position Summary: The Mover/Helper is responsible for preparing and protecting customers' household goods and other items for movement.
Priorities:
- Wrap protective material around breakable items
- Inspect materials, products and containers at each step of the packing process
- Present a neat and clean appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, as needed

The pay rate is $18-$20 per hour. Starting pay rate will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits. The Mover position is considered safety sensitive and will be subject to the company's random drug test program.

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Assures that safety regulations are followed at all times
- Position will require frequent travel locally to job sites
- Position will require significant overtime or shift work during peak season as business needs demand
