Job Description
- Ace Disposal is looking for a truck inspector to perform post trips on DOT vehicles.

- West Valley City location
- The Primary purpose of this job is to perform post-trip inspections on company vehicles to determine if any issues need to be addressed.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs plus: As well as being able to bend, walk and stand for long periods of time.
- The shift will be spent standing with frequent squatting, bending, reaching and twisting during inspections.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Starting wage $22/hour (This is a swing shift position only)
- $2.00 shift differential Pay in addition to the hourly wage listed above.
- Monday through Friday 1:30pm to 10:30pm with Overtime; Early Friday 11:00am to 8:00pm
- Must have a valid Driver's License and have a clean driving record
- Must be able to read and comprehend English well enough to understand instructions from a supervisor, communicate them to others, write and type new work orders.
- Must be able to operate a mobile device and desktop
- Must have attention to detail
- Good eyesight, hearing and depth perception are necessary.
- Must be able lift 50lbs.
- Trucks washed as needed.
- One year experience in maintenance duties is a plus
- In-House and OEM Certified Training
