What You'll Do:
- Lead and support field and office staff
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Oversee operations for Sacramento and San Leandro offices
- Support project managers with technical guidance and problem-solving
- Review reports, documentation, invoices, and timesheets
- Attend pre-construction meetings and help forecast project challenges
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and inspector assignments
- Collaborate with leadership to improve productivity, quality, and profitability
- Are proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Communicate confidently and enjoy teamwork
- Have a desire to learn and grow their skills

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 10 years of Special Inspection, Materials Testing, Civil Inspection, or related experience
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring and managing staff
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe products
- College education
- Certifications such as ICC, AWS, ACI, ANSI NDT, Caltrans, or related industry certifications

Schedule:
