What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and provided leads
- Perform roof inspections and accurately assess storm or retail roofing needs
- Prepare and present detailed project estimates to customers
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on active opportunities
- Maintain communication with customers from first contact through project completion
- Represent Ace Pro Roofing with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in roofing, construction, or related trades
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
- Basic technology proficiency (email, CRM, estimates, spreadsheets)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Must live locally in Treasure Coast area
- Spanish fluency is a strong plus but not required
