What You’ll Own
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations across two primary care clinics, supporting approximately 10-15 team members (clinical and administrative roles).
Key responsibilities include:
- Clinic operations for two locations (Henderson/Summerlin area)
- Staff management: scheduling, onboarding, accountability, culture
- Front-desk and clinical workflow optimization
- Vendor coordination, supplies, and facilities oversight
- Support for billing, collections, and revenue cycle workflows
- HR basics: timekeeping, PTO tracking, policies, compliance support
- Acting as the go-to problem solver for daily operational issues
- Helping prepare the practice for continued growth and scaling
You won’t be doing everything yourself — but you’ll own making sure everything works.
