- Precision TIG (GTAW) welding of stainless steel, aluminum, nickel and cobalt alloys, between 0.020” and 0.064” thick.
- Fit, assemble and weld complex components using fixtures, tools, and weld positioner.
- Read and interpret sketches, routings, process control sheets, and weld symbols.
- Visually inspect all weldments; identify potential indications; and repair and reports defects per our advanced quality system requirements.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you’re proud to put your name on.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with a minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience.
- Demonstrated ability to weld on welding qualification materials during interview process.
- Solid understanding of weld symbols and fabrication fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset.
