As a Programming Analyst at Ace Precision, you will:
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support custom software applications and web-based solutions
- Develop and maintain Epicor ERP customizations, integrations, and enhancements
- Create applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models using DAX, calculated measures, and relationships
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, management, and end users to gather requirements and develop effective technology solutions
- Participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure applications meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support to internal users
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and system specifications
- Work with software vendors when necessary to resolve complex technical issues
- Recommend improvements to business processes through automation and technology
- Support Ace Precision's Quality Management System and follow company safety policies and procedures
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Programming, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of programming or application development experience
- Experience developing applications using VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, and Microsoft SQL
- Experience creating or modifying SSRS and Crystal Reports
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
- Knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, calculated columns, measures, and relationships
- Experience with Epicor ERP or other enterprise resource planning systems preferred
- Experience with JavaScript, LINQ, CSLA .NET, Razor Pages, Unit Testing, and Kendo UI is a plus
- Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience is preferred
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
