WHAT YOU WILL DO Perform full setups on CNC turning centers and complete
complex machining operations Read and follow job routers, process
control sheets, and engineered sketches, applying advanced GD&T and
machining knowledge Independently troubleshoot machining issues such as
chatter, surface finish defects, dimensional drift, tool wear, and
machine variances Collaborate with programmers to refine tool paths,
optimize G-code, improve quality, and reduce cycle times Inspect
critical features using micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, CMM
reports, and advanced metrology equipment Maintain accurate production
and quality records Run multiple machines simultaneously to improve
