WILL DO: Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills to produce precision
sheet metal components and finished goods Load tools, set offsets,
verify programs, and produce quality parts Read and interpret complex
drawings, models, and GD&T requirements Make on-machine edits to improve
quality, efficiency, and tool life in accordance with our quality system
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges,
CMM reports, and visual inspection Work closely with Programming,
Engineering, and Quality on process improvements Maintain machine
performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance Follow
quality system and safety rules Stay productive by running multiple
machines simultaneously Work as part of a collaborative team to build
