Hourly Pay: $19-$22 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4pm

A "Day in the Life":

This position is the front line in delivering the top notch customer service that sets us apart from our competition from time of order to actually providing the services our customers request. You will take the calls, solve their problems, enter orders in our software with concise accuracy and work closely with the managers in the office to give the customer a great experience.

If you are energetic, good with customer service and comfortable with computers, like to work in a team and know how to manage your time efficiently this will be a great fit for you.

Inside sales job responsibilities:

• Answer majority of incoming calls and web submissions
• Quote new and existing customers for different types of services
• Bilingual is a must as 10%-20% of our customer base only speaks Spanish
• Dependable and show up every day, even most holidays that land on Monday-Friday
• Show excellent Customer Service and Teamwork skills
• Show excellent sales skills and attention to detail

Qualifications and Skills:

Ace Portable Toilets & Septic Tank Services can help teach you the industry, give you the tools to succeed, and support your professional growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of customer service experience
• Ideal candidate must have one or more years of sales experience
• Ideal candidate must have 5 years experience in a fast-paced office setting
• Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills are an absolute.
• Mapping and navigation skills are a plus.

After three months on the job and training, you'll know you're successful if:

• You can enter an order on your own
• You have a good knowledge of our service offerings and can explain them in detail to callers
• You communicate with your coworkers to resolve issues
• You get good customer reviews
