THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS FINANCIAL ROLE
This is a full-time accounting position, Monday through Friday, with a schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll be the financial pulse behind the scenes-responsible for paying vendors accurately and on time while identifying smarter systems to streamline operations. Your days will include developing and refining payable practices, double-checking invoices and expense records, and preparing detailed finance reports that help company leadership make informed decisions. Whether you're catching a discrepancy before it becomes an issue or finding ways to tighten up our processes, your work will directly impact our bottom line. You'll collaborate closely with our principal, helping ensure every dollar is accounted for and every payment reflects our commitment to quality and trust.
Here's what we need from you:
- QuickBooks experience
- Accounts payable experience
A keen eye for spotting opportunities to save money is highly preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
