About the Position:
Position: Diesel Mechanic
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay: $25-30 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Full Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, ESOP
Job Duties:
· Maintaining and repairing diesel trucks, ranging in size from tractors/trailers to medium duty trucks
· Maintaining and repairing the mounted contractor's equipment contained on vehicles
· Documenting preventive maintenance efforts as required to achieve compliance with D.O.T. regulations
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of mechanic/diesel experience
· Valid Driver's License required, willingness to obtain a CDL B with Air Brake Endorsement by 90th day of employment
· Must have own tools
· Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
· Ability to pass safety training exams and the background check required
· Prioritize safety, is conscientious, dependable and quality-minded.
