Our club features 10 courts in a climate-controlled environment. Using on-court technology for instant replay and live streaming provides the ultimate pickleball playing experience. Our mission is to expand the sport of pickleball by inspiring new players and providing enthusiasts of all skill levels access to a welcoming community, optimal playing conditions, and opportunities for growth. Members of all ages and skill levels can visit the Ace Pickleball Club location to participate in a variety of activities, include daily open play, clinics, tournaments, social and glow-in-the-dark events. The Ace Pickleball Club experience comes down to three simple words. Learn, Play. Compete.

The Member Specialist is the first person to greet Members and Guests who come into Ace Pickleball Club, so it is important that Member Specialists always show enthusiasm and friendliness. Member Specialists are key to creating the optimal experience either in the Club or on the phone. Member Specialists are expected to know all relevant real-time information regarding Ace Pickleball Club and can effectively explain and sell it to Guests. They take ownership of the club and member experience in the court area as well, guiding guests to the correct courts for their skill level, ensuring guests are following the code of conduct, communicating in a friendly and professional manner and maintaining alley flow and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure members and guests receive exceptional service. Builds relationships with members.

· Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner in person and on the phone

· Effectively educate guests on the Membership option

· Enforce waiver and Membership agreement policies

· Pay close attention to the court area and interact with guests

· Perform general maintenance and custodial duties as required

· Complete sales transactions and handle cash

· Stock concessions and inventory

· Supports facilitation of regular tournaments, league play and other events

· Provides New Member Orientation and tours to new guests

· Ensures courts are running smoothly, pathways are clear, club is clean and equipment is organized

· Work with Guests to use the in-club tech to support their playing experience

· Conducts maintenance, cleaning tasks and equipment storage and organization

· Uses the POS to support guests signing waivers and making purchases

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Enthusiastic about pickleball and/or fitness

· Team player

· Proactive approach to problem-solving

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Detail oriented and highly organized

· Technologically savvy is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
