Responsibilities

• Leading or participating in a walk crew team to provide outdoor maintenance services during winter months
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
• Ensuring consistent availability to meet the demands of the winter season
• Following directions accurately to complete tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Valid Driver License is required for the Foreman position
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong listening skills and ability to follow directions
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to job attendance

Compensation

Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and skills. The salary range is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, with the potential for bonus pay.
