Day-to-day tasks include reading project plans, managing resources and materials, operating equipment, and communicating effectively with clients and team members.

- Experience in hardscape installation, including pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces
- Proficient in reading and interpreting project plans and blueprints
- Leadership and team management skills to coordinate tasks and ensure project completion
- Knowledge of job site safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and crew members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are a plus
