Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and creative Studio Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the studio. This is a part-time role (approximately 15 hours per week) ideal for someone who is both detail-oriented and passionate about wellness, community-building, and growing a small business. Full time could be an option with growth of the studio an business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update class schedules using studio software (Union)
- Support and execute marketing efforts, including:
- Social media content creation and posting
- Email newsletters
- Promotion of workshops and events
- Coordinate and promote studio events and special offerings
- Assist with membership management and client accounts
- Communicate with new and existing students (email, text, and in-person support)
- Create and highlight a monthly student spotlight feature
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
- Help implement systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Support initiatives to grow membership and increase sales
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (wellness, fitness, or small business preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools
- Comfortable learning and using studio management software
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Passion for yoga, wellness, and community is a plus
