We are seeking a CNC Mill Machinist with 5 years of experience.
- Skills required:
- 5 years minimum experience as a CNC Mill. (G-Code)
- Vertical and Horizontal machining experience ( Mori Seiki, Mazak, HAAS).
- Knowledge of tooling and different applications to apply.
- Ability to do setups required to complete the part, including work holding.
- Ability to calculate speeds and feeds for a variety of materials.
- Must be able to hold tight tolerances. ( /
- Proficient at using inspection equipment. (Micrometers, Calipers, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, engineering drawing and interpret computer programs sent to machine centers.
- Use blueprints, specifications, job routings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances to plan daily machining.
- Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
- Detect and trouble shoot problems by taking measurements, adjusting controls, closely monitoring drilling, and cutting.
- Very good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
