Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator - $20/hr
Ace Media builds and scales online sales funnels for ecommerce brands doing real revenue. We're a small, fast-moving team in Waynesboro, VA - not an agency, not a corporate machine. You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how million-dollar brands actually operate, and you'll work directly with the owner on the campaigns that drive them.
What you'll own:
- Running and analyzing email and SMS campaigns (Klaviyo, Sendlane, or similar)
- Building and monitoring A/B tests on sales pages and creative
- Tracking performance across funnels and reporting what's actually moving the needle
- Using AI tools daily for content creation - photos, videos, email copy, page copy, and more - AI is shaping up to be one of the biggest opportunities of our lifetime. This role will put you ahead of the curve - you'll work hands-on with the tools and workflows that most companies are still trying to figure out, and you'll build a skill set that's going to matter for the next decade.

- Management. As we grow, this role has a clear path into running a team and owning bigger pieces of the business operations.
- Vibe coding and building internal tools alongside the owner
- Ownership of full channels as you prove yourself
What we're looking for:
- 1 years in marketing, ecommerce, or a related hands-on role (internships count)
- Comfort with spreadsheets and reading performance data - you can look at a campaign report and tell us what's working
- Strong organization and follow-through; you don't drop balls
- A basic understanding of code, or strong willingness to learn (we use AI to vibe-code internal tools and you'll be part of that)
- Critical thinking skills
Bonus points for:
- Genuine fluency with AI tools - you've used ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for real work
- Experience with Klaviyo, Sendlane, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
- Experience with Clickfunnels and/or Shopify
- Video editing chops (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci) or AI video tools (Runway, Sora, Veo, etc.)
- Experience generating AI images or video for commercial use
- Background in ecommerce, DTC, or direct response marketing

Logistics:

- $20/hr starting, with raises tied to performance & bonus potential in the future.
- Standard weekday schedule; occasional weekend work that can be done remotely when needed (very minimal)
