Job Summary
At Ace Mechanical Sewer Drain Cleaning, LLC., a company with over 20 years of experience, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Sewer & Drain Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sewer and drain services, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift between 60-75 lbs. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining sewer and drain systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain sewer and drain systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine sewer system layouts.
- Perform pipe cleaning and ensure proper connections for drainage.
- Collaborate with teams to diagnose and resolve sewer and drain issues in existing systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address clogs, leaks, or other drainage issues.
- Use hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols.
- Apply basic math skills to perform accurate measurements and calculations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining work performed and proposed solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sewer & Drain Technician, with at least 3 years in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of installing, repairing, and maintaining sewer and drain systems.
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
- Ability to lift between 60-75 lbs.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in pipe cleaning and related techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid license or certification as required by local regulations.
