What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preventive Maintenance Specialist position at Ace Manufacturing & Parts Co.?
What You’ll Do
Check and maintain machines on a regular schedule.
Look for early signs of wear and tear so small issues don’t turn into big ones.
Clean, oil, and replace machine parts when needed.
Keep clear records of what was fixed and when.
Work with the production team to make sure machines are ready when they’re needed most.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving.
Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge (we’ll train you more on the job).
Good at paying attention to details.
Team player who can also work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Industrial Maintenance experience preferred

Work Schedule:
Full-Time, Tuesday-Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
10 Paid Holidays each year
40 Hours of Vacation after 90 days
40 Additional Hours on your anniversary date
